Does Onyx store my recovery phrase?+
No. Your recovery phrase and private keys are generated and stored on your device. Onyx cannot see them and cannot recover them.
Which network does Onyx support?+
Onyx is a wallet for HyperEVM. You can hold HYPE and popular ERC-20 tokens including USDT0, USDC, USDe, UBTC, UETH, and WHYPE.
How do I back up my wallet?+
In Settings → Security, tap 'Reveal recovery phrase' and authenticate. Write the 12 or 24 words down on paper and store them somewhere safe and offline. Never share them.
Can I import an existing wallet?+
Yes. You can restore from a recovery phrase or import a single private key when creating a new wallet.
Does Onyx track me?+
No. Onyx has no accounts, no analytics SDKs, and no ads. Under Apple's App Privacy definitions, Onyx declares Data Not Collected.
I sent to the wrong address. Can you help?+
Unfortunately no. Blockchain transactions are irreversible and Onyx cannot reverse or refund them. Always double-check the address and network before signing.
